Our infants (0-12 Months)

Babies learn about the world by exploring, trying new things, and experimenting. They're like tiny scientists and early explorers. When they're cared for by loving teachers in a fun classroom, they build a strong base for learning.

At Truefit Childcare, our program for babies aims to achieve goals in five important areas:

1. Thinking Skills: Learning to concentrate and connect with others.

2. Talking Skills: Developing the ability to communicate verbally.

3. Moving and Staying Healthy: Learning to move different parts of the body with purpose.

4. Making Friends and Feeling Emotions: Learning how to interact with others and manage feelings.

5. Discovering and Learning: Figuring out how to explore and understand the world.

Our goal is to help children develop curiosity, flexibility, and adaptability. We do this through three special classroom areas that enhance their growth:

1. Cozy Corner: Reading, storytelling, and chatting.

2. Discovery Zone: Playing with toys and exploring objects.

3. Active Zone: Learning balance, coordination, and big movements.

Child Safety is Top Priority

Taking care of babies requires creating a safe and cozy space where they can grow and learn.

Safe Sleeping: Until they turn 1, babies sleep on their backs. We keep their cribs simple, with only a mattress and a fitted sheet. No other bedding, blankets, or toys are allowed in the cribs.

Regular Check-ins: During naptime, our teachers keep a close eye on the babies. They listen for any sounds and check on them frequently.

Teacher Attention: Each baby has a special caregiver who looks after them closely. The whole classroom team works together to make sure all the babies are safe and happy.

Clean Environment: We use gentle cleaning products to keep everything clean and germ-free. Our staff wears special shoes or covers to keep the floor clean for the babies to play on.
